New Hybrid car!

Matt, one of our men in this city, has made a Hybrid car! Yes, MMC (Matts' Mini Cars) Incorporated has made a new miniature, hybrid, car that will save the City millions! Here are some Photos of the new IMC, (Innovative Mini Coop).
